Delhivery to Acquire Algorhythm Tech to Strengthen Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

The company said the transaction is expected to be completed by 31st Jan 2023. This would be a 100% acquisition post which Algorhythm Tech will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Delhivery Limited.
