Mercedes-Benz attaches maximum importance to after sales service and the company will stress on this for its success, said Roland Folger, managing director and chief executive officer, Mercedes-Benz India.
He stated this while inaugurating the first 3S facility in Thane, which is set up by Landmark Cars who happen to be the third official Mercedes-Benz dealer partner in Mumbai. “For our success in India and other parts of the world, service capabilities plays vital role. So this initiative will further boost our commitment towards ensuring best possible service support,” emphasized Roland Folger.
Sanjay Thakker, chairman, Landmark Cars, was also present on the occasion. Mr Folger further said that Mercedes-Benz India registered the sales of 11,869 units in the January-September period.
This year, ‘One Team, One Goal’ will be Mercedes-Benz’s philosophy, towards achieving best customer experience, he informed.
