The DCIS Scheme has been implemented by TCOE India on behalf of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in 2021, 2022, and 2023. It is a part of the Champion Services Sector Scheme (CSSS). The scheme is aligned with Hon'ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s vision of fostering innovation in the digital communication sector and promoting indigenous solutions that can drive India's technological advancement in line with the flagship initiative of Startup India. Its key purpose is to fuel startup culture, promote innovation, and create an inclusive ecosystem for entrepreneurship in India. DCIS support is of paramount importance for companies like Echelon Edge to strengthen their position not just in the home ground, but also across the Global arena.

In May 2023, Echelon Edge participated in the National Technology Week organized by the Technology Development Board (TDB) under the Department of Science and Technology.
