Avantel Limited has secured a new order worth Rs 5.97 crore (inclusive of taxes) from Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a leading shipbuilding PSU under the Ministry of Defence. The order pertains to the supply, installation, and commissioning of Satellite Communication Satcom equipment, tailor-made to meet GSL’s operational needs. The project is slated for completion by May 2027.
Goa Shipyard Limited plays a key role in delivering vessels for the Indian Navy and Coast Guard, and this partnership reinforces Avantel’s commitment to supporting India’s maritime and defence communication infrastructure with indigenous, high-performance technologies.
