Zensar Technologies, a leading experience, engineering, and engagement technology solutions company, announced a significant milestone in its platform engagement with a prominent UK-based retail and financial services firm. Zensar is advancing the client’s infrastructure observability by partnering with Datadog, a leading monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, across its complex AWS workloads.

The integration creates a seamless flow between Datadog’s deep telemetry and Zensar’s proprietary AIOps-based platform, The Vinci™. This "Observability-to-Action" approach delivers a unified view for monitoring, intelligent event correlation, and automated incident resolution across the client’s critical financial systems, empowering faster and more reliable operations for growing enterprises.

Jitendra Nandwani, SVP and Head – Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security services, Zensar, said, “This collaboration brings observability and operations together - Datadog’s telemetry amplifies the decisioning and automation in The Vinci, translating signal into action for our client. By standardizing agent automation and aligning tagging to operations KPIs, we’ve created a repeatable blueprint for cloud estates. Our focus is outcomes: fewer manual tasks, faster resolution, and resilient services at scale.”

Key highlights of the deployment include:

  • Infrastructure-wide Visibility: Full-stack monitoring of AWS EC2 instances and Availability Zones (AZ) with baseline alerts for CPU, memory, and OS-level parameters.

  • Unified Event Correlation: Direct integration between Datadog and The Vinci to suppress noise and automate ticket creation, ensuring faster Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).

  • Automation-Ready Blueprint: Automated agent deployment via CloudFormation and tailored dashboards that align technical metrics with business KPIs.

  • Governance & Security: Implementation of Entra ID for Single Sign-On (SSO) and stringent Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data privacy and compliance.

Yanbing Li, Chief Product Officer, Datadog, said, “As complexity increases in enterprise technology environments – particularly in highly regulated industries – it is crucial companies can observe, secure, and act on everything that matters across their stack. By partnering with Zensar, we are enabling Zensar to deliver deeper insights into cloud environments, monitor the performance of AI tools, and streamline operational workflows through intelligent automation.”

Zensar’s Integrated IT Ops model, powered by this Datadog-Vinci synergy, is tailored for large-scale enterprises and projected to drive measurable efficiency: 30–33% reduction in manual tasks via automated triage; up to 80% consolidation of monitoring tools to cut licensing and maintenance costs; and enhanced resilience through proactive detection of AWS shifts to minimize downtime.
