Verint®, The CX Automation Company™, has announced its recognition as an AI Vision and Capability market leader in the 2025 APAC Contact Centre CX Platforms with AI Buyers Guide. Published by global technology research and advisory firm CrayonIQ, the report establishes Verint in the top quadrant as an “Enterprise Transformer.”
