CAMB.AI, a global company that enables seamless multilingual communication, has announced ahead of the IBC 2025 conference (booth 5H49) that it has formed a new strategic collaboration with The India Today Group (ITG), India's most respected and pioneering news media conglomerate. Through this strategic partnership, CAMB.AI, which is building the world’s premier content localization infrastructure driven by AI-powered multilingual translation, along with ITG's collaboration will become the first news media partnership of its kind globally. The two organizations will also collaborate in co-building cutting-edge language solutions for the conglomerate. This will allow ITG to expand its reach to both Hindi and regional language audiences in India, as well as for non-resident Indians across the globe, enabling trusted journalism and accessibility.
CAMB.AI is best known for revolutionizing the live sports landscape with its speech-to-speech translation technology, including live dubbing – available in more than 150 languages – that retains the authenticity, emotion and accent of each voice. CAMB.AI for News expands the company’s capabilities, offering the ability to make live news accessible to all, regardless of language/country, and helping build an informed and educated population. “The enhanced capability adds inclusivity to credibility by making trusted journalism accessible to a more diverse audience. By leveraging AI to overcome language barriers in news production, we’re dedicated to ensuring that quality information reaches everyone, contributing to a more informed and connected world,” said Samkhya Edamaruku, Group Managing Editor – Production, India Today Group.
Added CAMB.AI Co-founder and CTO Akshat Prakash, “For 50 years, India Today has leaned into innovation and creativity, and we are honored to have them as our first live news translation partner. This serves as a validation of our growth plans in India and Southeast Asia overall, and we are already collaborating with the ITG team on additional ways to expand their reach.” IBC 2025 attendees can learn more about CAMB.AI’s technology at their booth 5H49 this September 12-15. As India transforms into one of the world's fastest-growing digital economies, with a massive and diverse user base, multilingual reach is no longer a "global" strategy, it's a local imperative. Our partnership is designed to meet this demand, ensuring we can engage with audiences on a scale and connect with people in the languages they speak and understand.
