Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) under the digital empowerment initiative has unveiled an online platform called ‘TAAI Connect' for its members. TAAI Connect supports its member agencies to encounter the fast evolving and challenging market scenario. Speaking to a trade publication, Sunil Kumar, President, TAAI, says, "TAAI Connect is an online platform which has been presented to the travel industry in India. It is our vision that India must go online.”

Speaking on the features of TAAI Connect, Kumar said that apart from a website, it also offers mobile application, a corporate booking tool, payment gateway, etc. “B2B engine is also integrated in it," he said. To get the benefit of this one has to be a member of TAAI.
