T-Hub, India's leading innovation ecosystem has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BEYOND4, an intelligent multi-tier accelerator ecosystem based in Malaysia that is facilitated by the Indian ASEAN Startup Summit (IASS).

The MoU is set to greatly benefit startups in both India and Malaysia by focusing on five key areas. Cross-Border Startup Collaboration will create a supportive ecosystem for exchanging knowledge and best practices, enhancing innovation through shared expertise. Investment Facilitation will streamline market entry by providing crucial support with strategies, regulatory compliance, and access to local networks, simplifying expansion into new regions. Business Expansion Support will offer guidance and mentorship to help startups establish and grow operations in each other's markets, boosting their international reach. Innovation Promotion will drive the development of advanced technologies in mutually important sectors, fostering economic growth and technological progress. Finally, Knowledge Exchange will build stronger ties between entrepreneurial communities through mentorship and collaborative platforms, encouraging mutual learning and growth.

The MoU signing ceremony witnessed the presence of several key dignitaries including S T Rubaneswaran (STR) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Beyond4 Malaysia, Isyraq Akram bin Mohd Nasir Corporate unit Yayasan Pahang Pahang State Government, Kalyana Rajasekaran Teagarajan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Entrepreneurial Development Advisory Centre EDAC, Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR), CEO, T-Hub and officials from India-ASEAN Startup Summit (IASS)

MSR, CEO of T-Hub, commented, "This partnership with BEYOND4 is a significant step towards fostering a robust and dynamic startup ecosystem between India and Malaysia. Our combined efforts will drive innovation, facilitate investments, and support startups in scaling new heights. S T Rubaneswaran Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Beyond4 Malaysia added, "The collaboration between T-Hub and BEYOND4 will forge a dynamic ecosystem for innovation, breaking down cultural and geographical barriers. BEYOND4’s expansion into India and Europe represents their ongoing commitment to building a comprehensive startup ecosystem. With over 3,000 trained in IR4 technologies and 178 startups supported through their Pre-Accelerator and Accelerator programs, BEYOND4 continues to drive success.

This collaboration mirrors successful global partnerships, such as the collaboration between the EU Horizon 2020 initiative, and the partnership between Singapore and Germany. These alliances have driven significant technological advancements and fostered thriving startup ecosystems.

 

Startup T-Hub BEYOND4
