Employee Promotion will enable the organization to identify, nominate, vet and promote deserving employees and help further their career growth. The introduction of ‘Employee Promotion’ feature will help team leaders to nominate employees for appraisal, review assessments, approve processes and announce promotions to the team members on the app.

An easy to use feature added to the app is voiceMAGIC. Continuous feedback essentially is sharing inputs, comments, appreciations and initiating a discussion on specific goals. To make giving feedback a lot easier, Synergita has introduced voice-tech enabled continuous feedback and CORE value rating. The advanced speech recognition algorithm will translate speech to error-free notes which can be instantly shared with peers.
