NIIT Limited informed stock exchanges like BSE and NSE that its subsidiary NIIT (USA) Inc. has signed a Managed Services agreement with a US based EdTech company to provide virtual services to education providers. The term of the agreement is 5 years.
NIIT Limited stocks is trading higher by ~8% on the NSE in Wednesday morning trade.
“Both companies see this as a significant partnership where two market leaders go-to-market jointly to provide innovative solutions in the testing and certification marketplace,” Deepak Bansal Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, NIIT Limited informed the exchanges.
NIIT Ltd is currently trading at Rs86.75 up by Rs6.05 or 7.5% from its previous closing of Rs80.70 on the BSE.
