Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has announced the commencement of  operations in the Latin America (LATAM) region through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mobavenue  Global Holdings Ltd., marking an important milestone in the company’s international expansion  journey.

The LATAM operations will initially focus on key digital markets, including Brazil, Chile, and Argentina,  which represent some of the rapidly evolving digital economies in the region. These markets are  witnessing increasing adoption of artificial intelligence across digital advertising and consumer  engagement use cases, creating opportunities for the deployment and scaling of Mobavenue’s AI-led  technology platforms across acquisition, engagement, monetisation, and retention workflows.

Latin America has emerged as one of the fastest-growing digital ecosystems, supported by rising  mobile-first internet adoption, increasing penetration of app-based consumer services, expansion of  e-commerce, and growing adoption of performance- and outcome-driven digital advertising models. These structural trends reinforce the strategic relevance of the region for Mobavenue’s advertising,  marketing, and consumer growth platforms.

Mobavenue’s entry into LATAM follows a platform-led, asset-light operating model that combines its  proprietary technology stack with local ecosystem partnerships. Through this approach, the company intends to serve advertisers, brands, and digital businesses across the region with a focus on outcome driven solutions spanning performance marketing, programmatic media, and consumer growth across  key digital verticals.

The LATAM expansion is expected to support Mobavenue’s medium- to long-term growth plans by  diversifying its global revenue base, extending proven AI-enabled use cases across international  markets, and strengthening its presence across emerging digital ecosystems with scalable business  potential.

Mr. Ishank Joshi, MD & CEO of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “Our entry into Latin America marks  an important step in Mobavenue’s global growth journey. Markets such as Brazil, Chile, and Argentina  are seeing strong momentum across digital adoption and AI-led consumer engagement, making them  a natural extension for our platform-led approach. We see an opportunity to bring our outcome

driven, AI-enabled technology platforms to advertisers and digital businesses in the region as they  look to scale efficiently across increasingly digital-first consumer ecosystems.”
