ManageEngine got featured on 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management Tools

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has been named a Niche Player in the 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Tools. 

ManageEngine, which has been positioned in the Magic Quadrant for ITSM tools for the second consecutive year, was included alongside 10 other vendors. ServiceDesk Plus was also recognized in the 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for IT Service Management Tools. The Critical Capabilities research complements the Gartner Magic Quadrant and analyzes 13 capabilities that differentiate the ITSM offerings from each of the 11 vendors.

Recognition for ManageEngine's UEM Tool, Desktop Central

The company was also acknowledged for its flagship UEM software, Desktop Central. The evaluation was based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision. ManageEngine was included in the Magic Quadrant alongside seven other vendors. Desktop Central was also recognized in the 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for UEM Tools. The Critical Capabilities research complements the Gartner Magic Quadrant and analyzes 14 capabilities across four use cases that differentiate the UEM offerings from each of the eight vendors.
