Kärcher India Highlights Sustainable Cleaning Tech at Autoserve 2025

Kärcher India, a global pioneer in cleaning technology, showcased its latest portfolio of professional cleaning solutions at the CII Autoserve & International Auto Tech Expo 2025, held from October 9–11, 2025, at the Chennai Trade Centre.

With a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation for the automotive sector, Kärcher demonstrated a range of high-performance machines engineered to meet the diverse cleaning requirements of modern workshops, service centres, and detailing facilities.

The product line-up featured:

1. High-pressure cleaner HD 6/15-4 Classic: A single-phase, compact and service-friendly unit delivering 600 l/h water flow, powered by a crankshaft pump and ceramic pistons for exceptional durability and cleaning performance.
2. Wet and dry vacuum cleaner NT 70/2 Me Classic: A robust dual-motor machine with a 70-litre container, designed for quick and effortless suction of coarse dirt, dust, and liquids.
3. *Scrubber drier BD 43/40 C Ep IN: A mains-operated scrubber drier with disc technology that cleans up to 1700 m²/h, ideal for efficient maintenance of medium-sized areas.
4. Spray extraction machine Puzzi 10/1: A versatile upholstery and carpet cleaner featuring a 240 mm carpet nozzle and integrated spray/suction gun for deep-cleaning interiors.
5. Steam cleaner SG 4/4: A compact unit with 4 bar steam pressure, adjustable steam control, and VapoHydro functionality for chemical-free cleaning and certified disinfection.
6. Stair cleaning machine BD 17/5 C Ep: A compact scrubber with disc engineering for scrubbing, polishing, and crystallising small or hard-to-reach areas such as steps and windowsills.

Each solution exemplified Kärcher’s precision-engineered approach—combining power, water efficiency, and ergonomic design. The HD 6/15-4 Classic impressed visitors with its ability to tackle stubborn grime and oil residues, while the Puzzi 10/1 and SG 4/4 demonstrated exceptional results for deep-cleaning vehicle interiors. Kärcher’s floor care innovations, including the BD 43/40 and BD 17/5, further underscored the brand’s expertise in delivering spotless, quick-drying results across high-traffic service environments.
