HCL Infosystems Promoted Kapil Kapur as CFO
HCL Infosystems, India’s pioneer IT Services, Solutions & Distribution Company, announced that Kapil Kapur, Deputy CFO has been elevated to the position of the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
On the occasion Mr. Rangarajan Raghavan, Managing Director, HCL Infosystems Ltd. said, “I congratulate Kapil on his elevation to the position of CFO. Kapil is a key member of our leadership team. He is presently playing an important role in the consolidation of our business. Kapil Kapur has been with HCL Infosystems since 1993 and carries with him a wealth of experience spanning strategic planning and implementation, risk and compliance governance, transformation and change management, finance planning and corporate finance amongst others. Kapil is responsible for providing leadership to the Corporate Finance Team including Finance Shared Services and support in formulating strategies to drive growth for the company. Kapil will also lead global finance operations of the company.
