Garmin Strengthens Customer Support in India with Updated Service Policy across All Models

Garmin, a global leader in GPS technology and smart wearables, has further strengthened its commitment to Indian consumers by expanding its 2-Year Warranty Program (Exclusively for India). With the addition of the newly launched Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 to the warranty portfolio, Indian customers can now enjoy extended peace of mind and seamless service support on an even broader range of devices.

The 2-year warranty reinforces Garmin’s focus on delivering enhanced value, reliable support, and superior ownership experience to Garmin users across the country.

To ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience, Garmin’s Exclusive Distributor in India AMIT GPS & Navigation has also introduced updated service guidelines for devices purchased outside India. While support remains available and same as for units purchased in India, units purchased outside the country will now be subject to Government mandated applicable GST, import duties, and Additional local service charges in India.

As Garmin’s distributor, AMIT GPS & Navigation are ensuring that customers are fully informed proactively about their service rights before they take a decision to purchase their device in India or overseas since some similar Garmin products purchased overseas may not be compliant with Indian Laws.  By streamlining Indian service operations, Garmin encourages consumers to enjoy & benefit from the ease and advantages of purchasing Garmin Products through its authorized channels in India which are fully compliant with the Local laws of the country.

All service operations in India are handled by Garmin’s official partner, AMIT GPS & Navigation, ensuring prompt, professional, and dependable support for every Garmin device like Watches, Cycling Equipments, Handheld GPS, Golf Equipments, Marine Equipments, Dash Camera, etc. out of which some fall into the category of repairable products, while others are included into the categories of replacement products from their Authorized service center in Delhi.
