Divesh Singla, Dr. Vandana Rana Join LatentView Advisory Council

LatentView Analytics Limited, an AI-driven analytics, data engineering, and consulting firm, has announced the addition of two distinguished industry leaders — Divesh Singla and Dr. Vandana Rana — to its Advisory Council.

Divesh Singla brings over 20 years of experience driving analytics, AI, and digital transformation in life sciences and healthcare. Most recently, he served as SVP, Global Operations and Managing Director & Country Head (India & Philippines) at Signant Health. He has also held leadership roles at IQVIA, Eli Lilly, Parexel, and Indegene, where he led global expansions, digital modernization, and transformation programs. Divesh specializes in building and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs), optimizing governance models, driving cost efficiency, and nurturing high-performance workplace cultures. He is among India’s Top 100 AI & Analytics Leaders (2021–2024) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership and Change Management.

Dr. Vandana Rana is a globally recognized AI and Data Science leader and innovation strategist, known for her pioneering work in advancing responsible, scalable, and high-impact AI solutions across industries. She has held leadership and advisory roles at Walmart Global Tech, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Black & Veatch. She has architected and scaled next-generation AI, data, and cloud platforms that power enterprise transformation across retail, telecom, energy, and public sectors. Dr. Rana has multiple academic fellowships and global research recognitions to her name. A strong advocate for responsible AI, STEM education, and women’s leadership in technology, she actively mentors young professionals and advises international NGOs and innovation councils. She holds a PhD in Engineering from Washington State University.
