CallerDesk, India’s leading cloud telephony solution provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of IIT Bombay for Eureka! 2025, Asia’s largest and most prestigious business model competition. Through this collaboration, CallerDesk aims to strengthen over 550 early-stage startups across major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.

As India witnesses a surge in entrepreneurial energy and technology-led innovation,  CallerDesk is stepping forward to support these emerging ventures. Through Eureka! 2025, CallerDesk will work alongside E-Cell to extend early-stage emerging founders by offering them access to expert mentorship, knowledge, and cutting-edge communication tools, and addressing critical communication challenges to accelerate startup growth and strengthen its positioning as a key enabler as India’s startup ecosystem

Since 1998, E-Cell, IIT Bombay has played a pioneering role in nurturing entrepreneurial aspirations. Backed by flagship initiatives such as Startup India, Make in India, and Digital India, supported by global organizations like UNESCO, E-Cell has enabled thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs to connect with mentors, investors, and industry leaders. Eureka!, its flagship program, receives over 25,000 entries annually and is certified by TiECon and the Wadhwani Foundation. The competition provides participants with structured mentoring, real-world exposure, and the tools to transform ideas into scalable business models.

As a part of this collaboration, CallerDesk will provide its flagship Cloud IVR communication solution free of cost for six months to all startups selected through Eureka! 2025. This support will enable participants to focus on refining their ideas, building their products, and pitching to investors—without the added burden of managing customer communication infrastructure.

While expressing his views on this strategic partnership, Kaushal Bansal, Co-Founder of CallerDesk, said, “It is a privilege to partner with E-Cell, IIT Bombay, an institution that has played a key role in shaping India’s entrepreneurial landscape. At CallerDesk, we understand that good communication is essential for business growth, especially for early-stage startups. Our cloud telephony solutions have helped new companies improve operational efficiency, reduce customer response time, and expand their outreach smoothly. Through this collaboration, we aim to provide startups with the infrastructure and support needed to build strong, investor-ready businesses that can compete globally."

As part of the partnership, CallerDesk will provide startups with scalable cloud phone tools to improve customer engagement, simplify communication, and boost readiness for investors. Through this initiative, CallerDesk reinforces its role as an important supporter in India’s startup ecosystem. Along with E-Cell, IIT Bombay, aims to create a lasting impact by merging technology, mentorship, and practical insights to help founders build scalable, investor-ready businesses.
