The technology rollout covered 10 districts, including:
Nalanda (5,530 cameras)
Bhagalpur (5,372 cameras)
Katihar (5,084 cameras)

Advanced Technology Backbone
The elections leveraged Brihaspathi’s integrated solutions, including:
Live webcasting with cloud and disk backups
AI-based video analytics for enhanced monitoring
State-level dashboards for real-time decision-making
Rapid issue-resolution protocols via assembly-level coordinators
The company collaborated with key stakeholders, including the Election Commission of India, District Magistrates, Nodal Officers, and telecom partners Jio, Airtel, and BSNL.
On-Ground Challenges Managed Efficiently

Escalating access issues to district authorities
Switching network providers and repositioning devices
Using offline recording modes in no-network zones
Recognition From Election Authorities
The Election Commission of India and state CEOs acknowledged Brihaspathi’s contribution in strengthening the transparency and security of the electoral process through technology-enabled surveillance.
Mr Rajasekhar Papolu, Managing Director of Brihaspathi Technologies, quoted: “Delivering a project of this scale within 30 days demanded absolute precision, discipline, and technological excellence. The Bihar Elections 2025 exemplify how digital infrastructure can strengthen democratic processes. Our team is proud to have contributed to transparent and secure polling across the state, and we look forward to advancing election technology across India in the future.”
