Autorox and Bosch Mobility Platforms and Solutions announced a global strategic collaboration to transform how vehicle repair and maintenance operations are managed and scaled worldwide.

Under this partnership, Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions will serve as the exclusive global distributor for Autorox and Autozilla - two advanced automotive aftermarket platforms for garage management and B2B parts commerce, founded by Vijay Gummadi. By harnessing their global network and strategic expertise, the partnership seeks to digitally enable over 25,000 repairers and spare parts sellers to collectively deliver over 100 million vehicle services a year by 2030.

The collaboration addresses one of the most under-served challenges in global mobility: the inefficiency of the vehicle repair and maintenance ecosystem. Despite its economic importance and scale, the sector remains fragmented and lacks technology-driven integration.

In India, the automotive service sector remains largely unorganized, with more than 100,000 independent garages in the passenger car segment alone. This collaboration seeks to formalize and digitize this ecosystem - driving structured growth, higher service quality, and transparent, data-driven operations across the aftermarket.

Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions, leveraging its global brand trust, compliance standards, and enterprise reach, will bring structure, credibility, and scale to the mission. Autorox, as the product owner and technology innovator, will provide the digital backbone connecting repair shops, parts sellers, insurers, and fleets - powering everything from intelligent job scheduling and procurement to connected customer experiences and predictive analytics.

Building on the platforms’ success across India and the Middle East, the collaboration will expand into North America, Europe, and other global markets in phases.

“Great products and great distribution - that’s the formula for lasting success,” said Vijay Gummadi, Founder & CEO, Autorox. “Bosch brings unmatched global credibility and reach, while Autorox brings deep product and domain expertise in how modern workshops run. Together, we’re reimagining the future of vehicle repair - from manual, fragmented systems to intelligent, connected operations.”

“Bosch has long championed innovation that simplifies mobility,” said Pradeep Ramachandra, CTO, Bosch - Mobility Platforms & Solutions. “Through this collaboration with Autorox & Autozilla, we aim to digitize and connect the global workshop ecosystem, improving service efficiency and transparency. By combining Bosch’s enterprise presence with Autorox’s modern technology, we are addressing a challenge that has remained unsolved for decades.”

The partnership will also build on Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions’ ongoing collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging the same cloud maturity frameworks and AWS well-architected best practices that power Bosch’s Logistics Operating System (L.OS). This ensures enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and security as Autorox’s platforms expand globally.

This alliance represents a systemic transformation of the automotive aftermarket, connecting workshops, suppliers, fleets, and customers into a seamless digital ecosystem that enhances reliability, efficiency, and profitability worldwide.
