HRD Minister Launches SAKSHAM Portal Aiming At Empowerment Of Women In Campuses

Union Minister also launched the SAKSHAM portal, developed by UGC that aims towards empowerment of women in campuses through creating awareness on the existing opportunities and initiatives, support and redress mechanism.
