RP Group's Spencer Retail to Acquire Godrej's Natures' Basket

RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group controlled Spencer's Retail said its board of directors has approved acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Nature's Basket Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Godrej Industries, for a consideration of about Rs 300 crore.
