India to Achieve its 2030 Renewable Energy Target: Dr. Qureshi

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Qureshi said that the transition from fossil fuel to non-fossil fuel is an eminent necessity keeping in view the global climate scenario. In modern hotels, expenses on energy accounts to approx. 30-35 % of total expenses and electricity accounts for more than 50% of total energy utilization, which is mainly used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting systems etc. (Balance may be for cooking, Transportation etc.).
