Adani's Acquisition Bid for Mumbai Airport is Approved by CCI

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the Adani Airport Holdings' (AAHL) acquisition of a controlling stake in the Mumbai Airport from the GVK Airport Developers Ltd.
