India’s Science & Technology Minister Dr Jitendra Singh holds delegation-level talks with his German counterpart Ms. Steffi Lemke, Federal Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection in Berlin as part of the India-Germany Inter-Governmental Commission.
