XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the launch of Batch 04 of its Executive Development Programme in Digital HR Transformation and AI-Driven HR Analytics, aimed at preparing HR leaders for the rapidly evolving, technology-driven future of work.
As organizations increasingly adopt digital systems and artificial intelligence, the HR function is emerging as a strategic driver of business performance. Industry studies indicate that over 70 percent of HR executives consider people analytics critical to HR strategy, while the global AI in HR market is projected to surpass USD 15 billion by 2030, underlining the growing importance of data-driven workforce decision-making.
Despite rising adoption, many organizations continue to face capability gaps. While more than 60 percent of companies already use AI in at least one HR function, a significant number of HR leaders report challenges in translating analytics into meaningful business outcomes. The programme has been designed to bridge this gap by enabling HR professionals to integrate digital transformation, analytics, and AI into core HR processes.
The ten-month hybrid programme, delivered through live online sessions and campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur, offers a structured and practice-oriented learning experience.
Key highlights of the programme include:
Develop a strategic understanding of Digital HR Transformation and change management
Build strong capabilities in HR analytics, data interpretation, and insight storytelling
Apply AI and machine learning use cases across core HR functions
Gain hands-on experience through real-time projects and analytical workshops
Explore emerging themes such as generative AI, algorithmic HR, and the future of work
Learn ethical and responsible adoption of AI in people management
The programme is designed for HR leaders, HR business partners, consultants, talent and L&D professionals, and experienced HR practitioners driving digital and analytics-led transformation within their organizations.
