The LaLiT Suri Group Secures Spot In IWEI 2025 Top Employers

The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group has been recognised among the Top 10 Employers in the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2025—India’s foremost benchmarking tool for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. This honour reaffirms the Group’s longstanding commitment to nurturing a workplace where people from all walks of life feel seen, respected, and celebrated.

Long before the industry began formally embracing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the Group established itself as a pioneer by hiring individuals from diverse communities, creating robust Employee Resource Groups, and instituting sensitisation workshops across its properties to build awareness, empathy, and meaningful allyship. With 120 companies from 25 sectors participating this year, the recognition places The LaLiT among India’s most progressive and inclusive employers—those who have successfully embedded LGBTQ+ inclusion into organisational DNA, not as an initiative but as a way of life.
