Stanford Seed will host a leadership conversation titled “Beyond Founder-Driven Growth: Building a Company That Scales” on Thursday, 12 March, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at T-Hub, Hyderabad. The in-person session will bring together growth-stage founders and CEOs for an engaging discussion on how companies can successfully transition from founder-led execution to institution-level scale. With limited seats and no registration fee, the event aims to make world-class insights accessible to ambitious entrepreneurs in the region.

The session will feature Vamsi Udayagiri, Founder and CEO of Hesa, who will share practical lessons from building and scaling his company. Drawing from firsthand experience, Udayagiri will discuss the challenges founders face as their organizations grow beyond the early stages and the leadership shifts required to create sustainable, scalable systems. His conversation will focus on strengthening strategy, empowering teams, and building processes that enable long-term growth.

“Scaling a company is not just about growing revenue; it’s about building systems, leaders, and a culture that can thrive without the founder at the center of every decision,” said Vamsi Udayagiri, Founder and CEO of Hesa. “I look forward to sharing practical lessons from our journey and engaging with fellow founders who are navigating similar transitions.”

The evening will also include insights from Jeffrey Prickett, Global Director of Stanford Seed, who will provide an overview of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program. This 10-month program is designed to support founders and CEOs of growth-stage companies with annual revenues between $300,000 and $15 million. Participants in the program gain access to leadership development, strategic guidance, and a global network aimed at helping companies scale effectively and responsibly.

The Seed Transformation Program is designed for founders ready to scale with purpose and confidence,” said Harish Arnezath, Regional Director of Stanford Seed South Asia. “We equip business leaders to create ownership-driven cultures that sustain systemic growth, moving beyond founder-driven models to enterprises built for scale, anchored by a powerful peer tribe that accelerates the journey.

Organized by Stanford Seed, part of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the event underscores the institution’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and building thriving business ecosystems in emerging markets. By convening experienced leaders and ambitious founders, the Hyderabad session seeks to spark meaningful dialogue and equip entrepreneurs with the tools needed to move beyond founder-driven growth and build organizations that endure.
