Sona Machinery Lists on NSE Emerge after Successful IPO

Marking its position as one of the most exciting homegrown agro-processing equipment manufacturers, Sona Machinery has successfully completed its listing on NSE Emerge, the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), on March 13, 2024. With its public issue, launched with a book size of 2,592,00 shares with a price band of INR 136 – INR 143, receiving extremely heartening response from subscribers.

The bell-ringing and listing ceremony took place at the National Stock Exchange Office in New Delhi, with Sona Machinery’s Chairman & Managing Director, Mr Vasu Naren; Wholetime Director & CFO, Ms Shweta Baisla and Non-Executive Director, Mr Narender Kumar doing the honours, along with other top members management team, including Rajeev Sachdeva, VP Sales; Nitin Saxena, AVP Marketing; Rajeev Chauhan, Plant Head; Supriya Shishodia, Company Secretary; Vipin Kumar, Head Sales North India; Nitish Kumar, AGM SCM and Ramavtar Singh Raghav, HOD HR & Admin.
