Praxis Home Retail Limited, a well-known brand in India’s home retail market, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. The company has delivered a strong turnaround, returning to profit and achieving a healthier financial position than ever before.

Strong Q2 Performance

Praxis recorded an impressive Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹81 crore in Q2 FY2026. This marks a dramatic improvement from:

  • a loss of ₹3 crore in the same quarter last year, and
  • a loss of ₹16 crore in the previous quarter.

The company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q2 stands at ₹4.38.

This turnaround was driven by strategic restructuring and an overall improvement in operational efficiency.

Praxis Is Now Fully Debt-Free

One of the most significant achievements this year is that Praxis has become completely debt-free. Starting FY 2025–26, the company secured a full waiver of all outstanding dues, strengthening its balance sheet and marking a major milestone in its revival journey.

New Management, New Governance, Stronger Investor Trust

The transformation at Praxis has also attracted strong interest from institutional investors and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs), showing rising confidence in the company’s new direction.

Some of the key shareholders include:

  • Mathew Cyriac & Elimath Advisors Pvt. Ltd., holding 19.34%
  • Mr. Subhash Phootarmal Rathod & PACs, holding 14.30%

The company has also undergone a governance reset. Former promoter Mr. Kishor Kumar Biyani has exited the company. Praxis is now led by new management and new shareholders, further strengthening its commitment to transparency, accountability, and long-term growth.

Reflecting on the results, Ashish Bhutda, CEO and Whole-Time Director, said: “This quarter’s record profit and our debt-free status are major achievements. They confirm that our strategic and operational changes are working. With strong new management, improved governance, and committed shareholders, we are ready to unlock our full potential and deliver sustainable value for all stakeholders.”
