Outshiny India to Provide 1000+ Jobs by 2024

Bangalore-based manufacturing company, Outshiny India announced its plans to inaugurate two more factories in Hosur, TN and Channapatna, Karnataka. The company deals with multiple verticals of products in the B2B segment ranging from bags, soft luggage, and consumer electronic goods like keyboards, mice and micro-mobility products. The company also elaborated more on increasing its workforce & hire 1000+ workers for the factories.

The first four factories are located in Channapatna, Ramanagara, Nelamangala and Kodigehalli respectively. Giving importance to the gender-equality ratio, the company plans to open its arms to support and empower women in these local geographies to make them self-reliant. Outshiny India currently has a total of 1700 employees on its payroll and plans to further expand with the inauguration of two more facilities.

Speaking on this announcement, Sridhar Thirunakara, Founder and MD, of Outshiny India, said, “The two upcoming factories will provide a livelihood to as many as 1000 more people. This milestone will contribute to the make in India in its truest form. We look forward to welcoming more workers joining our large family to help us achieve greater heights together”

Outshiny India, being the only Indian company to design and manufacture keyboards and mice in-house, aims to dedicate the two new factories to developing new tech products along with the existing lifestyle products like bags, and other accessories. With more focus on R&D, designing and manufacturing all products in-house, and getting into consumer electronic products, the company aims to be at the forefront of the make-in-India and build-in-India initiatives.
