Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State for Shipping(I/C) and Chemicals and Fertilizers was the Chief Guest for the starting function of sixth Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV-6) ‘VAJRA’ today at Chennai .
