The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) Mumbai Chapter is set to host an exclusive knowledge session, Building Better Kitchens, on 11th December 2025 at Mitron, Bandra. The event will bring together 100+ leading restaurateurs, chefs, F&B entrepreneurs, kitchen consultants, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders for an evening of insights, conversations, and collaborative learning.

The session will feature an eminent speaker line-up, including:

  • Mr. Riyaaz Amlani – Founder & MD, Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

  • Chef Beena Noronha – Chef & Co-Founder, Saltæ Hospitality

  • Mr. Naresh Sahani – President, BHS Design World

The discussion will centre on the changing needs of commercial kitchens in 2025–26, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, safety, sustainability, and technology adoption. The aim is to highlight workable, future-ready approaches for building stronger, more efficient kitchen systems across Mumbai’s F&B sector. The event will feature expert perspectives on:

  • Modern kitchen design & workflow optimisation

  • Safety, compliance, and risk mitigation

  • Integrating technology for operational efficiency

  • Sustainable practices and cost management

  • Real-world challenges and case studies from industry leaders

Speaking on the upcoming event, Rachel Goenka, NRAI Mumbai Chapter Head said “Our goal is to make conversations around kitchen design, safety, sustainability, and technology more accessible and action-oriented.
