Noida International University successfully organized the Education Leaders Summit and Felicitation Ceremony with a grand gathering of over 200 distinguished guests and 350 students at Prince Palace, Chherat, Aligarh, marking a significant milestone in the regional education landscape.
The event was graced by the Hon’ble Dr. Vikram Singh, Chancellor of Noida International University, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Pawan Sharma, Teacher Division, Agra – Unaided Teachers Association, as the Guest of Honor. Both dignitaries addressed the audience with compelling views on the evolving role of educational institutions in shaping future-ready youth for the country.
Dr. Vikram Singh, Chancellor of Noida International University said, “The need for leadership-driven reforms in education is emerging with the encouragement of students to build global competencies while staying rooted in ethical values. It is important for young minds to stay disciplined in life to achieve greater heights with values. Also, with emerging trends and innovations, educators need to upskill themselves to give industry-centric knowledge to the students.”
Mr. Pawan Sharma, Teacher Division, Agra – Unaided Teachers Association said,” I firmly believe that outreach and inclusive education are not just initiatives, they are responsibilities we must uphold, especially in Tier-II and Tier-III cities like Aligarh. These regions are filled with untapped potential and talented youth who often lack exposure to the opportunities available in higher education. To bridge this gap, we need to engage with students and educators at the grassroots level, offering them access to world-class education, career guidance, and the tools they need to succeed. The mission is to ensure that no deserving student is left behind, regardless of their geographical or socio-economic background.
This event was hosted by Mr. Akash Sharma, Director Admissions & Outreach at Noida International University. The summit brought together school principals, educationists, and counselors from across Uttar Pradesh, recognizing their pivotal contributions in guiding students toward academic excellence and career readiness. A series of felicitation ceremonies honored top-performing educators and meritorious students, celebrating their dedication and achievements.
Panel discussions, keynote addresses, and networking sessions throughout the day created an inspiring atmosphere for dialogue and collaboration on educational transformation in India.
The Education Leaders Summit served as a bridge between thought leaders in academia and aspiring students, reinforcing the shared mission of elevating education standards across the region.
