Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, announces the appointment of Neelam Sharma as Head of Human Resources for its India operations. 

Neelam is responsible for HR strategy, organization culture, HR governance, HR transformation through digitalization and automation, India capability building, and creating a HR structure and framework that supports growth, scale and diversity. 

With almost 15 years’ experience working in the HR space, Neelam joins Capco from global software company Infor, where she was Bangalore Site HR Head. Prior to that role, she has held HR specialist and generalist positions at Infosys and Kingfisher Airlines, where she gained in-depth knowledge and hands-on understanding of the strategies, operating dynamics and issues impacting human resources within organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in business administration from ICFAI College, and a Bachelor’s degree from SIES College of Commerce and Economics.
