Creators at the heart of festive discovery

In the run-up to the sale, nearly 30,000 creators came onboard, producing ~3.5 lakh videos across social media and on Meesho’s own in-app format, Video Finds, which drew ~1.3 billion views and transformed into a digital bazaar.
Sellers write their own festive success stories
Leading up to the sale, sellers launched ~4.6 crore new products, and ~49,000 new sellers joined the platform. Overall seller participation rose ~57% year-on-year, with growth coming from metros like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, as well as cities such as Warangal, Chhapra, and Cuddapah.
Tech-led shopping behaviors take hold
Festive shopping in 2025 was powered by Meesho’s robust tech backbone, built to handle record demand. The platform scaled its bandwidth to seamlessly serve ~52,000 active users every minute during the peak festive rush, while AI-driven systems ensured shoppers discovered the most relevant products through personalized feeds.
With over 2 crore app downloads during the sale, Meesho expanded its reach across Bharat, with nearly 45% of customers coming from tier 4+ towns, a clear sign of how deeply e-commerce has taken root in India’s heartland.
By connecting millions of sellers, customers, logistics partners, and content creators in one marketplace, the Mega Blockbuster Sale 2025 showcased the true scale of India’s festive economy and how it comes alive on Meesho each season.
