The JAIN Group, one of the largest education institutions dedicated to excellence and holistic development, hosted Samvardhana 3.0, a dynamic three-day event held from April 28 to 30, 2025, at JAIN International Residential School, Jain Global Campus, Kanakapura. The gathering brought together 400 educators from across the JGI network to celebrate the spirit of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
Designed as a platform for professional growth and creative exchanges, Samvardhana 3.0 offered an exciting line-up of workshops and narrative sessions. The event witnessed  thought-provoking discussions on innovative teaching strategies, technology integration in education, classroom and student engagement, emotional intelligence and well-being, subject-specific workshops, assessment and evaluation techniques and leadership development for the educators.
Dr. Chenraj Roychand , Founder of JAIN Group said, “At JAIN Group, we believe that the growth of an educator directly influences the growth of every learner they guide. The vision for Samvardhana 3.0 has always been to bring together the educators and leaders in one platform to explore fresh ideas, adopt new methods and build a stronger student-teacher community. This year, Samvardhana 3.0 featured 30 hours of training sessions and underlined the importance of socio-emotional learning as an integral part of holistic education, reflecting JGI’s enduring commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also compassionate and visionary leadership for the future. Expert resource leaders from diverse fields conducted exclusive sessions on “Non-Violent Communication for Socio-Emotional Learning”; “Innovation with Design Thinking in Classrooms”; “The Unseen Curriculum: Film’s Power to Teach and Inspire”; “Pedagogical Development and Early Years Skill Building”;“Interdisciplinary Learning” and other exciting topics.
The event culminated in a lively evening of music and celebration, featuring a spirited performance by the popular band Kacheri, leaving everyone energized and inspired.dx
