In a significant step towards deepening cross-border cooperation in the GCC sector, Inductus Limited a part of Inductus Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Asteria Visions Pte, a leading Singapore-based IT Solutions Company. Mr Alouk Kumar, CEO & Managing Director, Inductus Limited and Mr Daniel Goh, Director, Asteria Visions Pte executed the MoU signing, in the esteemed presence of Singapore High Commission’s First Secretary (Economic). The MoU establishes a comprehensive framework for the mutual exchange of services, enabling both organisations to leverage each other’s strengths in technology, consulting, process transformation, and innovation. Through this collaboration, Inductus GCC and Asteria Visions aim to integrate India’s fast-growing GCC capabilities with Singapore’s mature digital transformation ecosystem to deliver high-impact solutions for global enterprises. 

The partnership envisions close collaboration in areas such as commercial coordination, along with technical design, planning, quality assurance, specialized delivery of services etc. while jointly developing offerings for multinational clients. Both companies will work together to support the evolution of next-generation GCC models, with a strong focus on AI, cloud computing, data engineering, and digital innovation. This marks a significant milestone in Inductus GCC’s larger mission of expanding its international footprint and forging partnerships with forward-looking global players.
