IIM Lucknow, Emeritus Unveil Senior Leadership Programme

Designed for CXOs, senior executives, business unit heads, general managers, functional leaders, and high-potential mid-career professionals, the 10-month live online programme provides a strategic, cross-functional perspective to drive organisational growth and transformation. It is ideal for professionals aspiring to board-level roles or those looking to strengthen their leadership impact in today’s complex business environment.

The programme blends live online learning with a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow, providing participants with access to world-class faculty, peer networking opportunities, and practical case-based discussions. Designed to minimise work disruption, the programme includes three hours of live sessions on Sundays, supported by self-paced learning and collaborative projects. Programme Details

●       Duration: 10 months | Live online + 3-day campus immersion

●       Eligibility: Any graduate/diploma holder (10+2+3) or post graduate with more than seven years of work experience

●       Learning Mode: Live online sessions by IIM Lucknow faculty

●       Fee: INR 5,50,000 + GST

●       Certification: Upon successful completion of the programme and maintaining a minimum attendance of 75 percent, participants will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Lucknow and an opportunity to gain the IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni status.
