The curriculum blends 150+ hours of immersive live online sessions with IIMK faculty, a faculty-guided capstone project, case-based learning, business simulations, and a 6-day in-campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode.

This programme is tailored for mid- to senior-level professionals with 10+ years of experience who are looking to expand their leadership and strategic impact. It also caters to business leaders aspiring to drive growth and transformation in their organisations. The curriculum spans 12 carefully designed modules, covering areas such as strategic thinking in a VUCA world, competitive and strategic analysis, economics for business leadership, corporate finance and valuation, strategic supply chain management, applied strategic marketing, strategic human resource management, and leadership in the age of digital transformation.
Participants will also benefit from expert practitioner perspectives, business simulations, and a faculty-guided capstone project that ensures real-world application of concepts. With over 150 hours of live online sessions, 6 days of campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode, case-based learning, and rich peer-to-peer collaboration, the programme provides a holistic leadership development journey that blends academic rigour with practical insights.

- Eligibility: Graduates/Diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years’ work experience
- Certification: Upon successful completion of the programme with a minimum attendance of 75%, participants will receive a certificate from IIM Kozhikode and will have an opportunity to gain prestigious Executive Alumni Status.
