The Leadership Federation is set to host the 2nd edition of the GCC Leadership Conclave in Hyderabad. The event will bring together over 300 senior leaders from global corporations, government bodies, and innovation hubs to define the next decade of India’s Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy. This high-impact conclave will explore how GCCs are evolving from cost-efficient delivery units into transformative global innovation engines.

Senior representatives of multiple Indian state governments, industry associations, and technology think tanks will join together for multi-stakeholder dialogue. The event is designed to advance GCC policy, infrastructure, and talent frameworks across India.

“With more than 1,600 Global Capability Centers powering IT, finance, HR, customer service, engineering, and beyond, India is already the nucleus of global enterprise operations. But AI is 'eating' traditional delivery models, and the GCC is the first course," said Paul Roehrig, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Ascendion. "Constellations of AI agents can drive productivity up and costs down to accelerate innovation. We call this ‘GCC to the Power of AI’—where agentic platforms and human intelligence deliver business outcomes at enterprise scale. This summit will bring together practitioners and leaders to ignite GCCs, so they become transformation engines powered by AI.”
