Challenging women to ask a simple but powerful question: What would my 60-year-old self-thank me for today? Bharati Jajoo, India’s leading expert on ergonomics, in her keynote address, emphasised on how women often spend decades caring for everyone around them - family, work, and responsibilities while placing their own health at the very end of the list.
“True well-being begins when we reclaim that space for ourselves. By paying attention to the four pillars - sleep, movement, nutrition, and relaxation, we can build resilience that supports us through every stage of life. Small, consistent choices today can shape a stronger, healthier future for women in the decades ahead,” said Jajoo.
Happiest Health successfully hosted the third edition of its Women’s Wellness Summit – Happiest Her 2026, at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) Auditorium, Bengaluru. Held on International Women’s Day, the half-day summit brought together healthcare experts, wellness practitioners and women professionals to engage in meaningful conversations around holistic well-being, with a focused lens on mind, movement and preventive care.
The summit served as a dedicated platform encouraging women to prioritise their physical and emotional health amidst demanding professional and personal responsibilities. Through expert-led sessions and experiential engagement, the event reinforced the importance of proactive and preventive health practices. The summit was inaugurated by Tina Mitra, Chief Revenue Office, Happiest Health, Bharati Jajoo, India’s leading expert on ergonomics, Dr Shraddha Bahirwani, Senior Consultant & Centre head at Happiest Pearls, Indiranagar and distinguished guests.
The summit featured insightful discussions and interactive sessions, including a keynote address by Bharati Jajoo, India’s leading expert on ergonomics and clinical director of Body Dynamics at Happiest Health.
Her session highlighted the growing impact of sedentary lifestyles, poor posture and workplace strain on women’s long-term health. She emphasised the importance of ergonomic awareness, conscious movement and preventive interventions as sustainable solutions.
“Prioritising one’s health – exercise, nutrition, sleep and mental wellness is key. Participants at the Happiest Her were given insights by leading experts on managing health and wellness in the midst of our busy lives,” said Raghu Krishnan, Co-CEO Knowledge and Chief Editor and Publisher (Print) at Happiest Health.
An engaging panel discussion on "Women & Me-Time" followed, exploring how women in multi-dimensional roles can achieve holistic fitness through informed lifestyle choices, early preventive care, and structured wellness habits.
One of the key highlights of the summit was the experiential session on Dance Movement Therapy by Preeti Rajagopalan, dance movement therapy practitioner, Creative Movement Therapy Association of India (CMTAI). The immersive session encouraged participants to reconnect with their bodies through expressive movements, underlining the strong link between emotional expression and physical well-being.
The event also featured curated engagement activities, interactive games and a networking lunch, enabling participants to connect, exchange perspectives and build supportive wellness communities. True to its theme — Pause. Connect. Recharge. — the summit created an energising environment for women to invest in their well-being.
The summit also featured a Physical Health Screening Booth hosted by Happiest Body Dynamics and Happiest Physio Clinic, encouraging women to proactively assess key aspects of their physical wellbeing. Nearly 70% of the attendees opted to participate in the screening, which evaluated parameters such as posture, balance, pelvic strength, flexibility, and bone health. Each participant received individual scores across these metrics, along with a comprehensive cumulative assessment and personalised clinical recommendations from qualified physiotherapists, reinforcing the summit’s focus on preventive and informed healthcare for women.
In its third edition, Happiest Her continues to strengthen its position as a trusted and knowledge-driven initiative, reinforcing Happiest Health’s commitment to delivering expert-backed health information and fostering informed decision-making.
