Eve Santacruz plays host to a night of signature cocktails and culinary artistry as Hyderabad’s acclaimed Bar Kin-Rü, recently ranked 26th on India’s 30 Best Bars 2024, takes over for one night only. Guests can look forward to an evening where creativity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful flavors come together in perfect harmony.

Leading the takeover is Aniket Aswale, Head Mixologist of Bar Kin-Rü. Known for his innovative approach to mixology, Aniket combines precision, bold flavors, and contemporary inspirations to craft cocktails that are as memorable as they are refined.

For this special evening, Aniket has curated a menu of four signature cocktails: Gul Gulshan, Sher Ru Shayari, To the Beet, and Pharaohs Fizz. Each creation is thoughtfully paired with Eve’s globally inspired menu, ensuring a layered experience of taste, texture, and craftsmanship.
