Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, a recent entrant in the hospitality sector with a promise to make 100% of the hotels under its operation as carbon neutral, gladly announces the addition of its newest property – ‘EcoExpress,’ in Nagpur adding 44 rooms to its portfolio. This latest development demonstrates the company’s continued assurance to conscious growth, integrating eco-friendly practices with modern hospitality to meet the rising demand for green accommodations across India.

This new addition illustrates the hotel's philosophy of introducing standards in the mid-segment hotels, an area which has largely remained unattended. With the acquisition of this 44-room property in Nagpur, Eco Hotels further strengthens its foothold in Maharashtra, a key region for the brand’s growth.

Nagpur, known for being a vital political and business hub in Maharashtra, plays a strategic role in the Vidarbha region’s commerce. The city’s growing prominence as a metropolis and trading center makes it an ideal location for Eco Hotel’s latest property. Its rapid urbanization and central location within India position it as a strong market for modern, responsible tourism.

Mr. Vinod K Tripathi, Executive Chairman of Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, commented, “The launch of our Nagpur property marks a significant milestone in our journey of growth. With its vibrant mix of business opportunities and rich cultural heritage, the city perfectly aligns with our mission. This addition strengthens our expansion efforts and positions us to continue delivering meaningful, eco-conscious hospitality.”

Mr. Vikram Doshi, CFO of the company who anchored this deal, was equally excited with signing of the deal, and said, “We are committed to turn the company into profit by end of March 2026 and we are not leaving any stone unturned in the process. Its pleasing to share that we have a dynamic decision-making process, and we want to turn this company soon into one of the leading hotel companies of India.”

As Eco Hotels continues its expansion, the brand remains a dedicated player in sustainable hospitality, offering ecological accommodations that blends comfort with environmental responsibility. The company aims to transform the Indian hospitality landscape through conscious, innovative growth.
