DriveX, India’s pioneering pre-owned two-wheeler brand specialized in refurbished two-wheelers and seamless C2C transactions via DriveX Direct, has unveiled a distinctive patriotic sound composition on Republic Day under its ‘Freedom to Move’ campaign. Inspired by “Saare Jahaan Se Achha”, the piece is crafted entirely from the natural and authentic sounds of pre-owned two-wheelers, with no lyrics or vocals, celebrating national pride through the everyday rhythm of mobility.

The piece reflects the journeys these machines make across India’s cities, towns, highways, and heartlands, carrying people to work, education, opportunities, and milestones. It highlights how two-wheelers silently witness India’s diversity, resilience, and progress, becoming an integral part of the nation’s daily movement.

In India, the engine's roar isn't just noise it's the heartbeat of freedom. This composition captures this essence and reimagines patriotism through sound – using engine notes, ignition clicks, throttling revs, gear shifts, and idling rhythms to evoke the melody of the iconic patriotic tune. By relying solely on machine sounds, DriveX gives pre-owned two wheelers a symbolic voice, turning everyday mobility into a powerful expression of national pride.

The entire initiative from conceptualization to execution has been ideated and delivered by the DriveX internal marketing team, reflecting the brand’s deeply ingrained culture of storytelling and innovation. The piece has been composed by Rohit Sower, who transformed everyday mechanical sounds into a moving tribute to the nation

Complimenting the sound composition, DriveX marked Republic Day 2026 with a symbolic internal initiative titled ‘Freedom to Move’, a group motorcycle ride from the DriveX Corporate Office in Bengaluru to the DriveX Technical Centre (DTC) in Hosur. The ride brought together employees to celebrate the spirit of unity, responsibility, and shared purpose, and culminated in a flag hoisting ceremony at the DriveX Technical Centre. Conducted with strict safety protocols, including mandatory helmets and a disciplined riding pace, the initiative reflected DriveX’s emphasis on safe mobility, cross-team bonding, and pride in the people and technology that power its refurbishment ecosystem.

Commenting on the initiative, Devesh Taparia, CEO, DriveX, said, “Pre-owned Two-wheelers have always been part of India’s everyday story. By composing a patriotic piece using only bike sounds, we wanted to honour the machines that have carried the country forward — responsibly, reliably, and quietly. At DriveX, we see our consumers as an extended family, and our focus is on helping them make the right choice — a choice that is safe, dependable, and right for the family.”

As part of its Republic Day celebrations under the ‘Freedom to Move’ campaign, DriveX also announced special offers across its refurbished two-wheeler range. Customers can explore a wide selection of bikes and scooters supported by extensive quality checks, warranty coverage, easy finance options, and seamless ownership transfer, reinforcing DriveX’s commitment to accessible and trusted mobility.

The Republic Day sound composition reflects DriveX’s broader mission of extending the life of two-wheelers through structured refurbishment, while celebrating the freedom to move as a shared national value.
