Crest Ventures To Develop Golf Course Homes In Chembur

Crest Ventures Limited (Crest), a Mumbai-based listed real estate developer, has announced a strategic joint development partnership with Vensco Group to develop Mumbai’s largest golf course–facing luxury mixed-use residential project ‘Crest Golfshire’ in Chembur. The landmark development will be undertaken through Crest Urban Living Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crest Ventures Limited, and marks Crest’s foray into creating a new benchmark for golf course–oriented luxury living in Mumbai.

The joint development project Crest Golfshire, spread across approximately 2.7 acres (11,000 sq. m), is located directly opposite the historic Bombay Presidency Golf Course on Golf Course Road (GC Road), Chembur. With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,850 crore, the project is poised to become one of the most significant luxury residential addresses in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai.

The luxury mixed-use development will unlock nearly five lakh square feet of saleable area and will be featuring 3 BHK and 4 BHK luxury homes. Units are designed to deliver spacious, vastu-aligned layouts with carpet areas ranging from approximately 1,042 sq. ft. (3 BHK) to 2,000 sq. ft. (4 BHK), positioning the development as an elite lifestyle destination in Chembur. Construction of the project has commenced and the development is registered under MahaRERA (PR1181012501290), with targeted possession timelines aligned to market expectations.

Designed in line with international planning standards, Crest Golfshire is envisioned as a golf course–oriented development offering permanent green views, enhanced visual openness, and a nature-integrated living environment — features rarely available in Mumbai’s luxury housing landscape.
