UBM India will host the 9th edition of its flagship event, Renewable Energy India Expo (REI) from 23rd to 25th September at the India Expo Center, Greater Noida. REI is a global platform where India's green economy community including overseas participants will congregate to discuss industry trends, challenges and market insights including the Indian regulatory framework. The event aims to further upscale and mainstream the applications of renewable energy resources, showcase innovations, product launches and enrich the deliberation through international exhibition and conference platform.

Ltd. will launch their Sapphire series of solar PV modules by which clients get the benefit of natural day lighting and power generation; PV Power Tech will launch high efficiency 4 bus bar cell with 260 watt module in 60 cells, while Staubli Tec Systems India Pvt Ltd will introduce MC4 EVO 2, the first PV connector in the market that is suited for all climatic environments thanks to resistance to UV, ammonia, salt-mist spray and high IP class (IP68) and for high current rating up to 69 A. The MC4 EVO2 is suitable for a wide cable range and all original MC4 products are fully intercompatible.
Highlights of the expo include the live experience of a Solar car, workshops and master classes by Global Sustainable Energy Solutions (GSES), the Business Plan Competition that will offer opportunities to potential entrepreneurs to win funding from investors, World of Innovation- the launch-pad arena, Technical Symposium on skills development by National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE).
