Tata Consultancy Services (TCS): The country’s largest IT services exporter firm will be releasing its June quarter results today. It is expected to continue with good performance in the first quarter of the financial year 2018.

IndusInd Bank: The private sector lender is expected to release its June quarter results today. Analysts expect that the bank will report a consistent performance but there are fears that high provisioning of the bad loans may drag the bank’s performance.

HCL Technologies: The company’s board is scheduled to meet on July 12 to consider a proposal to buy back equity shares of the company.

Idea-Vodafone: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has cleared the merger of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular with conditions to deposit Rs 3,926 crore as spectrum dues and a bank guarantee of Rs 3,342 crore. The merger, which is going to be the largest M&A deal in the sector, will displace Bharti Airtel from the No. 1 spot after over 15 years.
