A study undertaken by Sulekha, India’s leading tech-AI platform for expert services has unveiled interesting insights about demand for home interior services in Indian cities.

This study is based on visits and searches by nearly 1,00,000+ consumers across top 8 Indian cities that landed on Sulekha in February 2021.

Key findings of the study:

The Top 3 home interior service categories that have seen a spike in online searches include Furniture Repair services, Interior Designers & Decorators and Architects.
The top 5 cities that are leading in online searches across home interior services include: Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore followed by Delhi and Kolkata.
In Hyderabad, the top 3 home interior services that are leading include Furniture Repair services, Interior Designers & Decorators and Architects. These services have grown by 25% since February 2021.
In Chennai, the top 3 home interior services that are leading include Furniture Repair services, Modular Kitchen Dealers & Interior Designers. These services have grown by 22% since February 2021.
In Bangalore, the top 3 home interior services that are leading include Furniture Repair services, Interior Designers & Decorators and Architects. These services have grown by 30% since February 2021.
In Delhi, the top 3 home interior services that are leading include Interior Designers, Modular Kitchen Dealers and Architects. These services have grown by 19% since February 2021.
In Kolkata, the top 3 home interior services that are leading include Furniture Repair services, Interior Designers & Decorators and Modular Kitchen Dealers. These services have grown by 31% since February 2021.
