National Productivity Council (NPC), an autonomous body under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. NPC has been working since 1958 towards Knowledge creation and dissemination of productivity in various sectors of economy.
Digital Transformation of NPC
As part of the digital transformation strategy of NPC, major services have been aligned with NPC’s official website, which act as a one stop shop for all the information/knowledge dissemination point for our clients/stakeholders.
NPC official website serves the purpose of knowledge dissemination through the delivery of eWebinars, Online Training & elearning.
NPC continued with it’s the mandate of Productivity improvement during the pandemic period (Post COVID19 era) by offering Online Training Sessions & eLearning courses as part of capacity building to empower and transform Students/Professionals into digitally educated leadership & workforce.
Accordingly, since April, 2020, NPC has developed more than 280 e-Learning modules. The eLearning courses developed by NPC cater to the needs of Government, Public & Private Sector organizations encompassing diverse domains. These programs have been developed by amalgamating NPC’s vast experience in providing solutions for improving productivity and competitiveness through array of activities. The eLearning courses have been imparted through NPC’s learning management system (LMS) with minimal fees.
The Potential of E-Learning
Besides elearning, NPC is organizing several Online Training Sessions on all the contemporary subjects and during last one year more than 1000 web sessions, benefiting 40,000 persons. These courses are offered at a token price for the benefit of the general people engaged in any kind of value addition.These online courses have become very popular.
In addition to the above, 400 plus Video Talks are also being offered for watching by the clients at nominal rate of Rs. 99/-. These online courses are becoming popular day-by-day and many new courses shall be added in the same.
